Painterly landscape  painting of the Fraser River, painted with expressive brushstrokes inspired by Vincent van Gogh. Out for a hike by the river, where the water is so clear you can see the slim and scum of the riverbed. The flow of water was so mesmerizing, I felt inclined to paint it. The autumn leaves scattered across the landscape and temperatures begin to drop to chillier, and wonder times.
