Bat Shit Crazy was made in a dark time for me. I was in the middle of losing a close friend but we were still trying to be friends. At the time, we decided to make some art together and this is the result of that last ditch attempt. It's hard losing a friend that you shared everything with throughout high school. Since I knew her so well, her actions didn't seem like her own anymore. It was driving me bat shit crazy. I stopped trying to follow the logic the day she got married on my birthday, without inviting me. That event still confuses me, but that might be for another painting. I do hope she's doing well; contact connections have been severed, but I don't wish any harm to her despite the confusing hardship and subsequent break in friendship.
